QU'EST CE QU'UNE MORPH ASSEMBLY?
✺ C'est un espace et un temps dédié au MOUVEMENT. Un espace et un temps loin des charges mentales laissant la place à la CREATIVITE INCARNEE.
✺ C'est une approche méditative de la DANSE basée sur des techniques de Fusion Bellydance, de Waving, de Popping...
✺C'est une pratique de bien être focalisée sur 3 piliers :
⇝ Connecter avec soi même⇜
⇝ Lâcher les jugements et l'anxiété⇜
⇝ Attiser le corps et l'esprit ⇜
✺C'est un groupe d'ENERGIES INDIVIDUELLES RASSEMBLEES pour explorer le mouvement et pour s'amuser!
POUR QUI?
Tous les corps et tout le monde a accès à ce qui est offert pendant Morph Assembly. Ce peut être plutôt doux ou plutôt exigeant pour votre corps. Le niveau d'intensité dépend de ce dont vous avez besoin ce jour là! L'important est que ça fasses du bien!

WHAT IS A MORPH ASSEMBLY?
✺ This is a time and space dedicated to the BODY.
A time and space away from the busy mind creating space for EMBODIED CREATIVITY.
✺ This is a meditative approach to DANCE based on Fusion Bellydance, and Popping and Waving techniques..
✺This is a self care practice focusing on three pillars :
⇝ Connect with yourself⇜
⇝ Release of judgment and anxiety ⇜
⇝ Fuel Mind and Body ⇜
✺ This a group of INDIVIDUAL ENERGIES GATHERED to explore movement and have fun !
WHO IS IT FOR ?
EVERY BODY and EVERYBODY can access what is offered during Morph Assemblies. It can be both very soft or very challenging on your body. The level of intensity depends on what you need that day! The important is for it to FEEL good. Your body knows best!
